Oyster River is served by two elementary schools housing children in kindergarten through grade 4. To enroll in kindergarten children must have attained the age of five (5) by September 30. The two schools are located in the towns of Lee and Madbury. Students are generally assigned to the school in proximity to residence: however, exceptions are made to balance school enrollments.
