Brian and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your
assistance and hard work over the last few months. As first-time
homebuyers, we kept you quite busy with our questions and worries. You
were always very helpful and pleasant, and truly on our side as we
navigated the process. You went above and beyond several times, and
for that we are grateful.

After our unpredictable run of ups and downs that were outside our
