About Michael Allen and Allen Family Real Estate

My family and I have lived in Durham for the past sixteen years.  I love this area of the Seacoast, and decided that the Oyster River School District was a great place to raise my family. I have two boys, Gavin aged 14, and Paidan age 10. I actively participate in the Oyster River Youth Association, both coaching, and playing in the many sports programs.

I have been a successful realtor for the past 10 years, and started my own company, Allen Family Real Estate, in 2008. I pride myself on offering the best customer service in the seacoast. As a home owner, a real estate investor, and a business owner, I bring my experience and knowledge to all of my clients to help them achieve their financial goals. I enjoy educating clients about the market, and everything real estate has to offer as an investment vehicle.
